Escrow is a secure financial arrangement where buyer funds are placed into an encrypted, isolated holding account operated by Bhatiserve Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Funds are only released to the creator or vendor when agreed project milestones or physical shipments are verified and approved.
2. The 5-Step Escrow Workflow
Buyer checks out using UPI, Card, or Netbanking. The payment is captured and immediately locked in Escrow. The seller receives instant notification that funds are secured.
The freelancer starts project milestones with confidence. For digital goods, files are staged; for phygital prints, manufacturing begins at our certified print hub.
Deliverables are submitted via the order workspace. Digital files become instantly accessible, or courier tracking updates with live delivery confirmation.
The buyer receives an inspection window (3 to 7 days) to review deliverables, request revisions, or confirm complete satisfaction.
Upon buyer approval (or automatic expiration of the inspection window without dispute), escrow funds are credited to the seller’s withdrawable earnings minus our 10% platform fee.
