PixelMarket is India’s first unified creator commerce platform where you can hire freelance specialists, download instant digital assets (code, Figma, templates), and buy custom print-on-demand merchandise under one account.
Q: Can I be both a buyer and a seller on the same account?
Yes! Any registered buyer can click “Become a Creator” to complete the onboarding wizard and launch their own Seller Studio without creating a secondary account.
2. Payments & Escrow Security
Q: Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major Indian payment methods through our secure Razorpay and Cashfree gateways, including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), RuPay/Visa/Mastercard Credit & Debit Cards, Netbanking (50+ Indian banks), and Wallets.
Q: When does the seller receive my money?
Never upfront! Your payment is held securely in PixelMarket INR Escrow and only released after you inspect and approve the completed delivery, or after the standard inspection window expires without disputes.
3. Digital Downloads
Q: How do I access my purchased digital files?
Immediately after checkout, visit Buyer Dashboard > My Digital Library to click download. You will also receive an email with direct download links and official license certificates.
Q: What is the difference between Personal and Commercial licenses?
A Personal License allows usage for private, non-monetized projects. A Commercial License authorizes you to use the asset in client projects, commercial websites, apps, and revenue-generating products.
4. Print-on-Demand & Physical Shipping
Q: How long does physical merchandise take to deliver?
Custom printing takes 1–3 business days, followed by 3–7 business days courier transit across India with live AWB tracking.
Q: What if my physical print arrives damaged?
Take a photo of the damaged merchandise and submit it via our Resolution Center within 7 days. You will receive an immediate free reprint replacement or a full escrow refund.
5. Creators, Fees & Bank Payouts
Q: What commission does PixelMarket charge?
PixelMarket charges a competitive standard 10% platform fee on completed sales. There are no monthly listing fees or upfront store maintenance subscriptions.
Q: How and when do sellers get paid?
Earnings are credited to your Available Balance once orders clear the inspection holding period. You can withdraw directly to your verified Indian bank account (via NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/UPI) from the Seller Studio.
