4. Third-Party Independent Contractors & Logistics
- Independent Freelancers: Creators and freelancers listing gigs on PixelMarket are independent contractors. They are not employees, agents, or partners of Bhatiserve Technologies Pvt. Ltd. We do not control or direct their creative methodologies.
- Fulfillment & Courier Partners: Physical merchandise manufacturing and shipping are handled by certified third-party print hubs and logistics providers. While our Escrow system protects your payment in cases of non-delivery or defects, PixelMarket is not responsible for transit delays resulting from weather, customs, or courier force majeure events.
5. Earnings & Commercial Results Disclaimer
PixelMarket makes no representations or warranties that becoming a seller on the platform will generate any specific income, volume of sales, or business growth.
